THE ANOINTING OF MULTIPLICATION

A time of God’s movement is also a time of responsibilities. In these three days, you have received the most important thing in your life, which is eternal salvation and the love of God, but you know many beloved people who still do not know God and are not saved; if you remain silent, they will be lost. Today, you need to commit to witnessing.

Let’s look at a story that expresses this:

1- WE HAVE SOMETHING THAT OTHERS DON’T HAVE AND THAT WE CAN SHARE – 2 Kings 6:24 to 7:20 • The Bible tells the story of the siege of Samaria by the king of Syria. Due to this siege, people experienced such famine that they resorted to cannibalism. • Condemned to die like the others, the four lepers decided to go to the Syrian camp in search of food (2 Kings 7:4). When they arrived at the camp, they found it abandoned because the Lord had caused the Syrians to hear a noise of chariots and horses, so they fled and left everything behind. • So, the four lepers feasted on the best food and took the most luxurious clothes for themselves because the Lord had driven the Syrian army away. After that, what was their attitude? They went and told the rest of the city; • Wouldn’t it have been terrible if they had decided to keep all that provision exclusively for themselves? They had the privilege of enjoying it first, and then they had the glory of sharing it with others; • Like those lepers, we also have so much to tell about what God has done for us.

2- WE WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE TO GOD IF WE DO NOT PREACH THE GOSPEL • If we are faithful, we will be rewarded, but if we are negligent, we will be punished before the Lord; • The responsibility of being watchmen weighs on us. This should not be our sole motivation, but certainly, we need to keep it in front of us; • Perhaps you might think this contradicts what was said at first, but it’s not. It’s like salvation: we are saved because we want to go to heaven, but the fear of going to hell is something that cannot be forgotten. • To know the truth and not reveal it; to see others heading for destruction and not warn them; to possess a deposit and not share it; to know the remedy and keep it to oneself – all these situations are subject to judgment before God. The Lord said to Ezekiel: Ezekiel 3:17-21 “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the people of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me. When I say to a wicked person, ‘You will surely die,’ and you do not warn them or speak out to dissuade them from their evil ways in order to save their life, that wicked person will die for their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood. But if you do warn the wicked person and they do not turn from their wickedness or from their evil ways, they will die for their sin; but you will have saved yourself. Again, when a righteous person turns from their righteousness and does evil, and I put a stumbling block before them, they will die. Since you did not warn them, they will die for their sin. The righteous things that person did will not be remembered, and I will hold you accountable for their blood. But if you do warn the righteous person not to sin and they do not sin, they will surely live because they took warning, and you will have saved yourself.”

3- A CRY OF URGENCY John 4:35 “Do you not say, ‘There are still four months until the harvest’? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest.”

In verse 35, we see a cry of urgency in God’s heart, “Open your eyes… the fields are ripe…”

    • The disciples were calm, preparing lunch, much like many of us, not in a hurry about the spiritual situation at that moment, thinking they still had plenty of time; • When the Lord says that the fields are already ripe, He is saying, “Hurry because if it’s not harvested, everything that is ready will be lost.” • Others had already planted; the Samaritans had some contact with the Old Testament, there was a seed.

John 4:38 “I sent you to reap what you have not worked for; others have done the hard work, and you have reaped the benefits of their labor.”

    • For hundreds of years, men of God have sown their lives in this country; we have entered into their labor, and the Lord is calling us to participate in the greatest and final harvest of this nation! • There is a reward! Luke 19:44 “They will dash you to the ground, you and the children within your walls. They will not leave one stone on another because you did not recognize the time of God’s coming to you.”

The word “opportunity” here is “Kairós” and means:

“A fixed and defined time. Times when things come to a crisis, the expected decisive period. Opportune time, a limited period of time. A time that brings things and events to such a time.”

    • The is a time of opportunities, a time of visitation; these are moments of opportunities, and if we do not recognize them, we will miss our chance. • A time like this has never been seen in Brazil before; hearts have never been so open to God, and this city has never been in the condition it is in today.

Is it so hard for you to realize that this is a special time for the world, and it is defined? Is it difficult for you to see that the Lord is aligning things and events for this time? God is acting in our country! • The lepers came back to warn, the watchmen rose to warn, and now, are we going to be silent? The urgency is immediate! • Let me give you a foreseen vision of the people you love before it’s too late. I want you to visualize their funeral. Don’t wait until that day to regret having been cowardly and not sharing God’s love with them. • You are not responsible for anyone’s salvation because you are not God, but you are responsible for sharing what you have received! Share Jesus, and He will find ways to save your family and friends.
